The Apprentices of the Southeast Wisconsin Carpentry Training Center particpate in a joint training collaborative at Operating Engineers Local 139 training facility in Coloma, WI. EFCO Concrete Forming Systems have donated the forms to train the Apprentices and prepare them for the concrete forming projects slated in the upcoming years. Apprentices are trained to work with cranes on the assembly and placement of the forms.

Apprentices are also trained in the rigging, placement and bracing of roof trusses for Union contractors to compete in and gain market share in the expanding residential portion of our Industry. This type of high quality training is possible because Unions and Signatory Contractors understand that a well educated workforce is a safe, productive workforce.
